Cancellation policy
Consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity.
Right of cancellation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded or from the day of receipt of the booking confirmation, whichever is later.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us (name, address, telephone number, E-mail address) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including booking fees, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees due to this repayment.
Special regulation for travel services
In the event of cancellation of travel services within the cancellation period, we reserve the right to demand appropriate compensation for the services already provided. The amount of this compensation depends on the time of cancellation and the scope of the services already provided.

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
