Programme

  • Is the camp also for beginners?

    Yes, of course, both beginners and advanced users can train with us.

  • Can I keep up with the other participants?

    Our team of trainers will organise the workouts so that everyone can train with everyone else, and appropriate groups will be formed.

  • How big are the training groups?

    Between 5 and 20 depending on the sport.

  • What sports facilities will there be?

    Fitness training, running, hypertrophy/muscle-building training, functional training, KettleBell and HIT training, weightlifting, athletics and yoga. We also offer swimming training and, if demand is higher, a bike ride with professional racing bikes.

  • I am vegan, will I be taken into consideration?

    The hotel offers a first-class breakfast and evening buffet. There is a large selection for vegetarians, vegans and “omnivores”

  • Can I take a break and take one or more days off?

    We will offer an Active Rest Day once a week. Of course, you can organise your own time on site. Nothing is compulsory

  • Are there bikes for hire on site?

    We have 20 BMC racing bikes on site. If you are interested, please let us know your height when you register. You must bring your own shoes, clicker and helmet.

  • What sportswear and footwear should I take with me?

    In any case, enough change of clothes (long and short) and suitable footwear for indoor and outdoor. In any case 2 pairs of sports shoes.

  • What do the evening lectures include?

Journey

  • Can I also arrive on another day during the week?

    In principle, we recommend travelling either on Saturday. For other days, get in touch with us and receive a personalised offer.

  • Do I get a discount if I refer a friend?

    We have very little room for manoeuvre and can only offer a small discount to groups of 10 people or more. We will check this in individual cases and on request here (italics/link)

  • How does the transfer work?

    You land in Paphos (15 minutes from the hotel) or in Larnaca (1:15 hours from the hotel) – we will pick you up from there and take you directly to the hotel without a stopover.

  • Which destination airport is in the immediate vicinity?

    Paphos airport is only about 15 minutes away from our hotels in Paphos.
    Larnaca airport is about 1.15 hours away from our hotels in Paphos.

  • Which airport in Germany flies directly to Paphos?

  • Is childcare available?

    Yes, they will be available at fixed times so that both parents can take part in a workout together.

  • What is the weather like at camp time?

    In our experience, the weather is dry and between 18 and 22 degrees at camp time.

  • Do I have to book 7 days or can I book longer or shorter?

    In principle, the prices refer to one week. If you would like to change your stay, please get in touch with us and receive a special offer.

  • How are the rooms equipped?

    Good standard facilities (see pictures here….), a room with sea view can be booked for an extra charge.

  • I would like to share a room, but I don't have a roommate.

  • What happens if I fall ill or cannot attend the camp for any other reason?

    This is possible if a medical certificate is presented and a plausible reason is given.
