A first-class sports holiday awaits you in Cyprus.
With the best coaches in the world, you train up to four times a day, from basic training to technical units and varied workouts, there is something for everyone here. It doesn't matter whether you've not been doing sports for long or are already a professional. In the evening, you can unwind with yoga at sunset and expand your knowledge with theory lectures.
You will be accommodated in a 4-star hotel with a huge pool area, right on the beautiful beach. Half board includes an extensive breakfast and evening buffet, whether you're vegan or omnivorous, there's something for everyone here!
Look forward to a great community, athletes of all ages come together here and there's an incredible atmosphere!
To replenish your energy reserves, the ESN Bar with numerous supplements is available to you every day.

WELCOME TO OUR TRAINING CAMP IN GERMANY
In Germany we offer weekend camps at various locations.
On two intensive training days we offer varied workouts with our top coaches as well as lots of tips for improving your technique. You can expand your knowledge with small theory blocks and Q&A with our world-class trainers.
Everyone is catered for here, regardless of whether you have just started your sporting journey or are already an experienced athlete. Young and old train together and a great community is created. You will almost certainly have made one or two new friends after the weekend!
We will then end the day with dinner together.

The athletics camp in Kenya is a hybrid camp with a focus on running.
Important Information Regarding the Cancellation:
Unfortunately, the camp cannot take place due to organizational reasons. Because of the complex logistical circumstances, the "Kenya Camp" project will not be continued in the future and has been permanently discontinued.

Our offer includes not only the hotel with half board but also a diverse training program at the nearby training center. You can look forward to sweaty sessions on the track with sea view, in the outdoor CrossFit box, and the outdoor gym. For recovery, sauna and ice baths are available. And if you still have energy left, feel free to hit the integrated swimming pool (50m and 25m lanes).

Das Training mit dem ersten HYROX WELTMEISTER @lukefithyrox und @rodi_training konnte wieder erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden und wir bedanken uns für die zwei tollen Tage mit einer super Truppe !!
Es ist immernoch so, dass einige Leute „Angst haben“ ins Athletic Camp zu kommen.
