Dear Camp participant,
the protection of your personal data is important to us. According to the EU-General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are obliged to inform
you about the purpose for which your data is collected, stored or forwarded. The information you can also see what rights you have in terms of data
protection.

1. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DATA PROCESSING

2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The data processing is based on legal requirements to fulfill the training contract between you and the camp organizer and the associated
obligations. For this purpose, we process personal data (name, address, telephone, e-mail, date of birth, gender, weight, height) and especially your
health data (medical history, diagnoses, training parameters, performance parameters). The collection of health data is a prerequisite for targeted
training control. If the necessary information is not provided, careful support can not be provided.

3. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA AND STORAGE
We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is permitted by law or if you have given your consent. We keep the personal data only as long
as it is necessary for the execution of the training support.

4. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to obtain information about the personal data concerned. You can also request the correction of incorrect data. In addition, under
certain conditions, you have the right to delete data, the right to restrict data processing and the right to data portability.
The processing of your data is based on legal regulations. Only in exceptional cases do we require your con-sent. In these cases, you have the right
to revoke your consent for future processing. You also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority for data protection if you
believe that the processing of your personal data is not lawful.

5. LEGAL BASIS
The legal basis for the processing of data is article 9(2)(h) of the GDPR in conjunction with Section 22(1)(1)(b) of the German Federal Data Protection

6. DECLARATION OF CONSENT
By agreeing to this letter by signing this document, you expressly agree to the collection and storage of personal data necessary for the support.
You have the right to revoke this consent at any time, however, a revocation is only eƯective for the future, since according to legal regulations a
documentation of the training data is mandatory. After revocation of this declaration of consent, however, further support is no longer possible.
The Athletic Camp trainers are allowed to contact me for training relevant information (e.g. dates, exercises, consultation after training sessions,
etc.) via SMS, WhatsApp, E- mail, etc. .

Customer history

I am responsible for informing the organiser before the start of and during my participation in the Athletic Camp by sending a message to
info@athleticcamp.de about personal restrictions and current constitution, complaints, intolerances, significant medical needs and other
information that serve to protect my life and the lives of others.

Disclaimer

My participation in Athletic Camp is at my own risk and peril. I hereby expressly waive all claims for damages, injuries or consequential damages.
Liability on the part of the Athletic Camp is also excluded for damage to property. I assure to be in good health.
For health risks, the staƯ of the Athletic Camp assumes no liability in case of accident or damage. I will immediately report any illness or sudden
changes in my condition to the coaching staƯ and, if necessary, stop the training.
I am insured against accidents and injuries that may occur during my active or passive participation in the Athletic Camp (which takes place in
Germany, Cyprus, Portugal, Kenya or another country).
Declaration of consent to the use of image rights
I hereby declare my consent to the use of photos and videos of me taken during the Athletic Camp, supported by ESN and BlackRoll, by the organizer
and the sponsor.

1. purpose of use:
I authorize the use of the photos and videos for the following purposes:
- Public relations of the Athletic Camp and ESN + Blackroll (e.g. on websites, social media platforms, flyers, posters, presentations).
- Advertising purposes of the organizer and sponsor (e.g. to promote future events and products).
- Reporting and documentation of the camp.

2. scope of use:
The images and videos may be published and edited in all media (print and digital) for an unlimited period of time and worldwide, as long as the
editing does not conflict with personal rights.

3. voluntariness:
The granting of this consent is voluntary. Refusal or revocation of consent has no negative eƯects on participation in the camp. A revocation can be
made at any time in writing by e-mail to info@athleticcamp.de.

4. disclaimer:
I am aware that if the images and videos are published on the Internet, they can be accessed worldwide and it cannot be ruled out that third parties
may use them.

5. data protection:
The images and videos will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
